The Ins Outs of Escorting eBook Ashly Lorenzana
This ebook explores the inner working of escort work from one woman's perspective. She is quick to remind you that her experience is only hers, and is very adamant to her readers about preparing for and being aware of your own safety. I think that is a very important thing to see in a book of this nature. It has a little of everything, really. Personal anecdotes to help broaden understanding, how to prepare for your safety and for repeat customers, how to satisfy those customers both in the service you offer and in how you offer that service (from how much you give them to how you arrange meetings). She examines the customer base in a way that would help a novice escort as well as giving a customer insight into what is or is not appropriate behavior toward an escort. The only thing I found lacking was less specific discussion on sti testing, pregnancy, and how to handle that, but she did thoroughly discuss condom use and choosing safe partners.
You can see from the writing that she is very sex-positive and very open, as well as very strongly-focused on the safety of those considering escort work. I found it refreshing that she was working to break the stigmas associated with women in this career path and men who frequent them.
From an outsider viewpoint, as someone who has no intention of being an escort personally, I found the book interesting to read and it gave me insight into both the escort and the customer side of things. I think it helps broaden perspectives when we can learn more about how issues like this work and why people choose to engage in them, without biases and judgement getting in the way. I now appreciate how much planning goes into this work more than I had before, and think that were I to be a customer I would be a much better and more informed customer now than I would have been had I bumbled into it naturally. I hope, as well, that the same is true for others who read this, be they customer, escort, or curious voyeur.

I️m still reading it is making me write this to continue to read it’s a good book but u gotta but work in to selling ur self as all biz require
Wow. Ashly's no nonsense approach paired with her divine insider knowledge is then catapulted with her exquisitely written story to climb inside her readers.
Never realized that there was so much business thought put into this type of occupation... Well done... Education is key in any job... No matter what it is.
Simply the cold hard facts that everyone should know about if contemplating a career in the sex industry, The author has laid it all out in a fashion that anyone can understand and the book covers both the negative and positive. It also makes for a great read if you just want to know more about this area of life that often gets misrepresented.
This is an area that I've been fascinated with. I like how Ashly shares her experience and isn't afraid to be extremely blunt about it. No sugar-coating, which is refreshing. Because she doesn't hold back and I guess for some, that can be shocking. However, there are people out there doing this, and while I'm not looking to be in this type of business, I've learned a lot, and think others can too.
Sex work needs a voice and this book explains the escort business in an entertaining way. I learned a lot and wish I would have read this years ago when I was struggling with my needs. Ashly explains the math of the industry as well as gives tips about pricing and services that can be offered. Most important probably is the chapter about safety and having boundries. Wonderful book!
This book is an informative and often humorous read. This is far from your usual for or against approach, and instead offers an objective first hand experience that honestly explores both the pros and cons from the authors viewpoint. Highly recommended to anyone interested in the topic, not just escort wannabes.
